We get asked this question all the time.

The reason beef jerky is so expensive is because when we process the meat, we lose 65% in water weight. That means that for every 3 kg of raw meat that we process we end up with just 1 kg of dry goods.

Yes and No .

For most people Beef jerky is considered to be a “superfood”.

It is high in protein and contains an excellent source of Vitamin B12, Zinc, Selenium, and Niacin. A good source of Riboflavin, Pantothenate, Iron, Phosphorus, and Vitamin B6. It is also a source of trace elements Choline, Thiamin, Magnesium, and Potassium.

However, it does contain a high amount of sodium which may not be suitable for some people’s diet but can still be enjoyed in moderation.

Please Make a health conscience decision for yourself.

The answer is no.

Who doesn’t eat beef jerky? is the real question!

From Social gatherings to everyday people on-the-go, travelers, hikers, soldiers, campers, bodybuilders, and especially children! No one can get enough of this delicious snack.

Authentic Beef Jerky is chewy because it’s made from 100% whole muscle meat. Not ground. Not reconstructed. It therefore retains all of the natural fibers and characteristics of the meat, which is the contributing factor to its unique leathery texture. Hence the name “jerky”.

Beef up! Rivals the best non-kosher jerky brands the world over.
